Hi! I’m Charisse , the heart (and hands) behind Sugar & Spice Elixirs 🧚🏽♀️💖
What started as a simple way to heal my own body turned into something magical I just had to share. I struggled with bloating, low energy, and inflammation until I turned to fresh, whole ingredients — fruits, veggies, and a whole lot of patience. ✨
Within just five months of juicing, I noticed my inflammation decrease significantly, my energy levels soar, and my daily coffee habit fade away. As long as I had my juice, I didn’t need caffeine anymore — it was that powerful. 💕
Juicing quickly became my happy place. Not only did it help me feel better, but it also sparked my passion to create something girly, uplifting, and fun that still works. That’s how Sugar & Spice Elixirs was born. 🌸
Every Sunday, I pour love into each bottle, making sure it’s fresh, wholesome, and sprinkled with a little sparkle. On Mondays, I get to deliver that goodness straight to you — helping you glow from the inside out. ✨
